There may be a quick fix,
If you remove the battery from underneath, and then you will see a small watch like battery ( Yellow in colour)
You will need to unscrew or remove this for approx 5-10 mins,
This will drain the motherboard of any incorrect settings etc etc,.
When you put it all back, you will need to press F1 so that you go into the BIOS screen, and then set the date and time etc, and then save.(F10)
This should resolve the issue for you.

I would prefer to get a bit more of the Bank Statement , even if you block out the account number etc, with a pen etc over the bits you dont want to reveal.
Or a mobile bill etc etc, just to confirm you live at the address.
ITs just to help us get more protection thats all.
When added the image of the bank statement to the Paypal LIVE Support Team, they stated it is not clear enough and has 2 creases????
Im sure you appreciate, its not us that have your address as UNCONFIRMED its paypal.
And as per Paypal, we have to follow there guidelines as listed in paypal itself.
We will send you the item later today via ROyal Mail,. although if you could send us more info it would be GREATLY appreciated
